I have the VCI-300 MKII + VFX-1. Every time I open the Serato DJ program without plugging in my controller it says that I have a 14 day trial. When I plug it in with my controller, it does not say that I have a 14 day trial. My question is, is the Serato DJ free or not free ?

Hi DJ TLC SOUNDS,

Serato DJ should be free for users with VCI-300s, so you should not need to pay. What can happen sometimes is your computer thinks you have activated the 14 day trial when in fact you have plugged in an authorised controller.

Try logging out of your account within the Serato DJ program (in the Online panel) and then remove the Serato DJ application from your computer. Reinstall Serato DJ with your VCI-300 connected and it should boot up into its full functioning mode with no trial.

can i used another 14 days trial with another account?
