What would you guys like to see on the next version of the 62 or it's successor. I havent used the 57MK2 and im sure its a great mixer but it is the little brother of the 62 as it doesn't have the onboard effects. I personally have been raving about the S9 purely for the love of new tech, but i have a feeling that rane has been working on something in as far as being a successor to the 62.

I cant think of a ton of stuff to be added to this non existent mixer besides 8 pads only because it seems to have become a norm amongst DJ software and hardware and there is a ton of space even on the 62 now for them to exist. Maybe a couple of buttons dedicated for user desiable midi functionality for small things to maybe map pitch control or whatever one would need extra buttons or rotary knobs for. Class compliant like the MP and 57MK2 to use with iOS devices. Maybe a bit bigger color display if it doesn't add much to the cost that would be open for software makers to display software contents on.
