My friend just bought a sb2 off of amazon and when plugged into any computer a single light, the key lock button lights up for maybe 5 seconds then shuts off. I have downloaded serato intro and it doesn't recognise its even plugged into the computer. I have gone to the midi settings on the computer and I don't think it even knows its plugged in. I'm trying to figure out if the pad is messed up or if its a hardware driver issue? I have it plugged into my mac currently. Thanks
