I used the dj2go2
downloaded your software.
The computers screen will play then glitch splitting the screen and swapping the image then go blurry then reset the computer.

I've reset the PRAM and SRMC
I've reset the computer
I've updated the OS

Graphic card AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024 MB
Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB
processor 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7

Which gen is your processor? Is this a Tower? WIndows 10? 11? Do you use other Serato softwares like Serato Studio?

I followed the guide and it gave good results. I fixed a lot of performances issues due to high temperatures disabling TurboBoost on my Dell Laptop (check the processors temperatures, it can give you a good hint about performances)

Windows defenders & co. can also give hard times.

Check your windows logs, (too) many times graphics have something to do with crashes. It can be simple as your computer is set to high performances but your graphics aren't.
