Try the trial version of Mix Emergency and see if that gives you the same artifacts. If it doesn't I'd open a ticket to have support look into it. The plug in hasn't been updated in so many years.

I’m using Serato Video on 14” M1 everything is solid with latest Monterey update.

Turn off "Hi Res Display" in the serato settings. I had the same issue and it was fixed by turning off the hi res display option
