I just wanted to quickly write this thing, expressing my love for Serato Studio!
Studio is what got me started making beats/music 6 months ago. It was accessible both in terms of price and usability, and maybe I would've never gotten started without that low barrier of entry.
After 2-3 months I started exploring other DAWs because I felt limited arranging/finishing tracks in Studio. I also bought Maschine, thinking it would be a "step up" from Studio...
And now I sorta came full circle: Decided to sell my Maschine (to anyone familiar with Studio, that software feels ancient fr...). Between Serato Studio and Logic, I've found my perfect setup. Nothing puts me in the zone as quickly and is as much fun to create with as Studio. Once I got my 8 bars with some minimal pre-mixing, I just stem out and do the rest in Logic.
As soon as 2.0 is out, I'll buy the full version. Thanks Serato for enabling me to make music, this is truly life changing.

For sure birdlaw.
there's something truly enabling about studio,
the way it puts creativity, sketching and messing around first.
and yeah, i feel the same way about needing another daw to do full sequencing,
(hopefully some sort of "full" midi panel will come with later updates)
but yeah, this thing is a gem

Hey birdlaw and TheZo,
We really appreciate this feedback! With Studio we have always focused on it helping producers come up with ideas, and then getting them out really fast without having to stop or hit a roadblock. So it's great to see it working for you both!
Moving into the future we want to start building up the Song View more so that you don't need to transition to other DAWs if you don't want to. Lots of great things to come!
Have a great Christmas!
Logan.

Hey Logan. Can you send me some info on Interning or for becoming a Tester? It is my dream to work for an Audio company. Just asking for some advice.

Hey Jarvis,
The best unofficial way is to just be really active on the beta forums and in the Discord so that we've got visibility. For more formal roles you can keep an eye on positions that open up or just register your interest : serato.com
We also do online user-testing of future features and ideas from time to time that we're always looking to get people involved in. Again the best approach there is just to be really visible in those two places, which i know you have been in the forum.
Cheers,
Logan
