Hello,

I have recently got a numark platinum fx controller and a new mic with 3.5mm jack. Microphone works, but when i plug it to dedicated slot it does not give any sound and in settings it is greyed out like it is disabled.

Tried with computer soundcard output, with output directly from controller to speakers, tried with usb portabile speaker in aux mode.

Any ideas what might be the issue?
