There are quite a few posts on the forum that I am following regarding the current situation with P 'n T. Many of us have used it for a very long time and it is just part of our workflow. It was an expensive piece of software that many of us have used since the TDM days. No one has asked for a free update on the forum that I've seen. On the contrary, many have said they would gladly pay a reasonable upgrade fee in order to maintain compatibility for a well-loved plugin. But the lack of open and honest communication is beginning to show Serato in a bad light...

Hey Serato, do the right thing. If you're going to EOL the product then just tell us so that as businesses we can make an informed decision as to our needs to continue working. It's really not that much to ask. If you are going to upgrade Pitch 'n Time then give us a timeframe window so that we can decide to wait or spend our resources elsewhere. Doing nothing is really frustrating your client base who has been supportive of you over the decades.

No one is asking anything beyond simple common courtesy...

I Second This. It's apparent we don't matter to this company, and that's fine but the way you're running your business stinks.
I recently purchased this software from a reputable dealer full price. I won't name them, because I don't blame them for the way you run your operation.
I do understand your main focus is the DJ community, which is great, but you're making a mistake if you think you can ignore your other paying customers. It's just plain bad business and bad faith since you're still selling this product full price.
I hope your DJ community read this and realize what they can expect from you when you decide they're no longer important to your bottom line.

100%... It's a shame that Serato seems to be leaving PnT in the dust, but keeping everyone in the dark about its future feels like a slap in the face.

Thanks Serato for the update to apple sillicon. You probably should alert your users in your next newsletter, and not leave us in the dark. I found out about the update on the Avid forum.
