I have a Serato Mixtrack Pro 3 and have bene using it for a few years now and when I upgraded my computer, I haven't been able to get my controller to connect to my software (Serato DJ Lite). This has never been an issue with my last computer. In my settings, I can clearly see that the mixer is acknowledged and plugged in, it is just in Serato DJ where it will not connect to the controller. I have tried every YouTube video out there, and haven't seen one with a. problem quite as unique as mine. Pushing water uphill with a rake would be easier than getting help from Serato Support, so I've come to you guys and reddit. Please help.

Hi Jess5,

same here with a Beatmix2. I had to update my MacBook an my macOS (from Cartalina to Big Sur) —not the first time that I update Mac and macOS but this time Serato Lite is unable to control my Beatmix2. It connects well and displays my library, I even could update the Reloop firmware. But in terms of controlling—nothing. It’s deaf.
And I have no idea any more.

Did you solve it meanwhile?
