Serato Sample wants me to pay again

I already paid the $150 for Serato Sampler and now it wants me to pay it again. Any help?

That certainly shouldn't happen. Can you use the "Open Help Request" button you should see to bottom right of this page and support team should be able to resolve this for you?

Same issue...I logged out of serato sample on my original computer and it won't let me activate it on my new computer.

Hi, Are you aware you need to deactivate your old one? I hope this page is up to date - it should be. If it doesn't resolve your issue you might need to open a help request:

Yes I logged out of the old active serato sample as instructed and also deactivated my old computer. It still shows sample activated in my account that was deactivated

Hi there,
I can't see any Support tickets lodged from the email address on your Serato.com account, so I've gone ahead and deactivated both machines from the Serato Sample license I can see on the account.
Please feel free to go ahead and activate the new version or your new machine when you're ready.
