Image Effects stopped working!

Text effect, videos and all filters works fine. but Image Effects doesn't work with none of the logos I've used in the past. I've also re-installed Serato, but without change. What can I try next? I need this today.

I haven't had this issue but I would definitely open a support ticket for the problem.

Hey, guys! I've solved the problem a while ago. It was a rights issue in finder. When I reinstalled Serato and gave it all permissions it works fine now. Just so you know.
