Serato Sample 2.0 - Grid off?

I've been using Serato Sample for a while now since its release and love it.

Upgraded to v.2 with stems, and it gets better!

However I've noticed that with long samples to cut up in SAMPLE, that the grid seems to drift more than it used to?

Anyone else getting this?

Do i need to switch on the Quantized Cues button?

It seems like the chops that SAMPLE does are no longer as tight, and the grid drifts slightly, something which I never had before?
I now spend quite a lot of time moving the chop markers nearer to the downbeats and transients?

Bump anyone?

I'm just noticing that when I import an older disco track, the grid seems to drift more away from the beats, than previous versions?

Is this something to do with the newer Stems feature being implemented?

In v1.3 when I used to chop up samples of full tracks, it always seemed fine and accurate. Now in v2.0, I have to manually move the grid to beats each and every time?

I have Quantization on, but it seems it now misses the transients of beats, more than it ever did before?
