Video and audio opposite channels

I have an issue that I can't figure out in Serato Video. For some reason my video output is the opposite of my audio channels. Like song A audio is playing but song B is the video diplaying and vice versa. Seems like a simple setting but I can't figure it out. It was working fine when I had video initially but not sure if someone changed some settings by accident? Please help.

You don't have the faders switched (channel swap) on your mixer do you?

Not sure what you mean? It is definately on the software side as it does it both on my s9 and my rev7.

Long shot, but could it be that your audio channels in Serato are set to ch3+4? Because I'm pretty sure video only works in ch1+2. That could explain it.
