NO headphone output

I am new to using a dj controller. I have a numark party mix 2. I am not able to get sound out of the headphones while another song is playing on the opposite output. For instance, when playing a song from deck 1 I then push the headphone button on deck 2 and cue the track on deck 2 but all that is playing through the headphones is the song on deck 1. NOt sure what to do.

this looks more like a controller issue than Serato, BUUUUuuUUuT it could be also mapping issue or setting issue..

Check in your settings for the master cue options and others cue options around it. It could maybe help isolating the problem.

One thing to consider : I got the DJ2GO2 Touch 3 months ago and I had a similar issue. When the volume knob of the deck was down I couldn't hear the cue. I could only hear it using the crossfader and the volume knob of the deck up. I contacted Numark and told me it was a normal behavior. MAYBE that's also a normal behavior of the PartyMix.

Olá, sou do Brasil, tenho uma Hercules Inpulse 300mk2 e tenho o mesmo problema
Deck 1 toca a música mas não consigo ouvir o deck 2 no headphone, só consigo se alterar o crossfader e abrir o canal
Porém fica tocando os dois decks simultaneamente no headphone
Decepcionado
