Hi guys, I'm here to ask for help because Serato Video doesn't work properly on Windows.
my machine:
7th generation i7
32GB memory
240 nvme ssd
gpu-geforce 1060 = 4gb
windows 11
I play with music video clips, and I've tried almost everything, I did all the procedures I found here on support, it improved but it's not 100%
I convert the videos to handbrake with the Serato settings and still nothing.
I have a cracked VirtualDJ on my machine and the videos work fine on it.

To put it simply Serato video is very iffy on windows. Mac it just works. However try updating your graphics card drivers from the manufacturer “GeForce” even using or updating Quicktime may help. Windows there’s a lot of tweaking that may need to be done. Mac not so much. Hope it helps

The issue might be with Serato's video playback engine or its interaction with your system. Try lowering Serato's video quality, toggling hardware acceleration, and updating your GPU and chipset drivers. Minimize www.tdcj-inmatesearch.com background activity and ensure Windows is up-to-date. If the problem persists, contact Serato support with detailed system information and troubleshooting steps.

Got it! Serato Video can indeed be a bit more temperamental on Windows compared to Mac. Your suggestion about updating the graphics card drivers from the manufacturer, like GeForce, is a solid one. Also, using or updating QuickTime might help as well. Windows does require a bit more fine-tuning to get everything working smoothly. Thanks for the tip! Do you often work with DJ software?
