Serato Sampler not working the Stem Function

For some reason, since i bought the license of Serato Sampler, i cant
no longer do the stem separations for some unknow reason. Any advice?
When i was on trial mode i could work on several beats and creative set ups
now i am lost with a huge simpler tool, which i already have in ableton...

Any help ?

I'm not sure why that's happening but you can open an help request with the "Open Help Request" green button at bottom right of this page and the support team should be able to help you.
