Cannot get help from Serato with existing license

I have tried repeatedly with no success getting help with my licenses that are clearly displayed under my account. I have deactivated my computers I use Serato on so I have two computers I can use but Tech support has not responded after I put in a request over a week ago asking for help. What can I do next?

Is this related to the VIDEO plug in?

I downloaded and updated to macOS Sonoma 14.5 and Serato version 3.1.5. Ever since my video and plugins do not work and Serato is asking me when attempting to display a video using my Opus Quad to “Get Video” meaning purchase, “Enter Voucher Code” or use in “Demo Mode”. I had two computer listed as having the software (Expansion Packs) loaded so I deleted one and still nothing works. Then I deleted my main Mac I use full time and now it shows no devices connected but all the licenses I have purchased show as active. I removed Serato 3.1.5 and reinstalled 3.1.3 which is the last version that worked for me last week. I still get the message I need to purchase the software. I sent several tickets in and only one response, not a solution to fix the issue but they have not gotten back to me since last week.
