Hi Wendy I'm curious if you have the read serato dj library enabled if it will read your serato dj crates. seeing if there is something going on with the filepath when it comes to your samples

Hello, thanks for replying. Yes the serato dj library is enabled. I have tried everything, the drive is in exfat. It reads on my windows computer and serato dj pro, on windows, but
not on Serato Studio, I have sent messages to Serato, and I told them it is NOT a read only file, there is no gold locks beneath it. I even deleted everything off the drive and reformatted it and added all the samples back into it, still it won't read in serato studio.


Now Serato dj pro is acting up too. it is showing like it is connected to my player, but it isn't
it is in vertical and going backwards, doesn't show the time length of the sample either, it is all
fucked up

Also, I used another computer, a new windows 11 computer, just to see if there was a problem with my computer, but the same thing happens. I was wondering if I'm using the wrong version of Serato dj pro and Serato Studio. can someone tell me if I have a new window 11 computer, what versions I should be using? I always used the newest version of both without any issues, only when I download the new Serato Studio version, all these issues started.
I even went back to the old version, but still it won't read my externa drive.
I can't use my Macbook pro because the operating system is way too old, I only use it to dj when I'm dj at a club, it works great for that, and noting ese is on it.

oh, and I did everything serato said to do to make the windows 11 computer work smoothly
