Hello,
I read your frustrating limitations in Serato Studio when it comes to working with MIDI.
When you try to add more bars to a MIDI sequence in Serato Studio and all your MIDI data disappears, it’s likely an issue with how the software handles MIDI data or a bug in the application. If you can't solve the problem directly, consider creating your MIDI sequences in another DAW (like Logic) and importing them into Serato Studio as you’ve been doing. It’s not ideal, but it ensures your work is saved.
Always save your work frequently to avoid losing any progress.
