Hello

I have serato dj pro with video extension since last 10 yrs. Everything works fine but I am having issues with playing my video file in mp4 format. I have latest computer Asus Tuff f15 gaming laptop is dedicated nvidia g force RTX graphic card. Intel i7.
I have tried to convert with hand break as specified. Still not able to play video.

Please Help!
