Setting Akai MPK Mini 3 Velocity to Full Level in Serato Studio

I want to set the velocity of my Akai MPK Mini 3 to always be on "full level" so that every time I press a key, they all sound at maximum volume in Serato Studio. This ensures all notes hit their highest volume regardless of how hard or soft I play.

you have to hold down the full level button for 5 seconds to open up the velocity window adjustments.
