Anyone seen this before? "User not authenticated"?
Keeps popping up at random but when it does I can't save on closing studio so am losing work. Have searched my emails and have no "authentication required" emails from Serato. Very frustrating.

Sorry you're having trouble with this issue.
I tried looking for the ticket you lodged using the email address on your Serato.com profile (as well as a description of the issue itself), but there doesn't appear to be any tickets from you.
Is it possible you used another email address? Could you please reply here with your ticket number, if you can find the confirmation email of your lodged ticket?
If you can't find out, create another ticket and I'll check back for your reply and expedite a response.
To get you started with some troubleshooting (if you haven't already), can you please try logging out of Serato Studio and logging back in?
You can find it in the Account menu of Studio, as per the following link:
support.serato.com.
