Which one is the best? And does mixing with DJ records pools keep you from copyright infringement if you upload your mix on your YouTube channel?

No (audio) pool has everything anymore so depends on what genres you play and what you actually need. Remember the purpose of a pool is to promote NEW MUSIC, that said - I use www.idjpool.com - usually has much of what I need but only incudes releases from this decade for the most part.

If you ONLY need, Hip Hop, Rap, R&B, and Pop/Rock they have a sub pool called www.urbandjpool.com that is cheaper and should meet your needs.

Either of the above offers DJ Intro mixes, Clean and Dirty where applicable and more. You can check out what is serviced on the weekly Top 50 charts - www.djmusiccharts.com

No, music from a record pool doesn't give you a automatic free pass to post on Youtube. You may want to check out something like Mixcloud to post your mixes - they are much more DJ friendly and even introduced a way to monetize your mixes by subscription or even "tipping".

Don't upload copyright music on youtube.
