year should be compared using string comparison, not number comparison

If someone says 202401, for example, they probably mean January of 2024, I doubt they mean the song came out in the year 202,401. Or maybe they want to do 20241, meaning first quarter of 2024.

I can't think of a scenario where comparing as a number is superior to comparing as a string.
