I've been extra annoyed with this cat and mouse game trynna get help threw emails is like pulling teeth with you guys. I've been using serato sample for like 2 years now no problem. Love It. All of a sudden about two 2weeks ago I go to use it. It says I need to buy or start a free trail?!? I'm fully Licensed. Haven't made any changes to my cpu, didn't log into serato on a different cpu, didn't log in as a different user on my cpu. NONE of that. When I log into my account from the web browser it doesn't even show my cpu or any other devices in the devices section. Ive tried uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting host files, adding serato to the firewall, even turning the firewall off. You NAME IT, Ive tried IT. Nothing!!! Also when I go to the serato folder where the license file is suppose to be there is nothing there?! Like....somebody help me out here. I'm Miserable.
