Forums not searchable for nearly a year

i opened a trouble ticket with Serato on march 3, 2024 asking why search did not work for forums anymore. It is 10 months later and even though they agreed it was an issue...they closed the ticket. It is now 2025 and the forums are still not searchable and this is where many of us come to get relevant information when troubleshooting an issue. Must be really broke if yall cannot fix a simple website issue like this. Its a shame. If pioneer figures out higher quality real time stems yall will be completely washed as that is all that is really missing. do better.

Agreed, I’ve come back to the Serato formums after years of being absent and to find the search function not available is super frustrating.

Especially with many questions about Serato DJ pro coming from scratch live…….trying to get up-to-date. Hopefully someone who knows what’s going on. will see this post and fix this issue.
