Doesn't phase introduce latency compared to wired HID like Rane Twelve? DVS is supposed to be better precision than HID but wireless isn't improving latency any.

Phase latency is fine, battle djs use it all the time.

I wish they would get rid of sticker drift and maybe even make sticker lock possible

Will it be a competitor to the PLX-CRSS12? We’ll have to wait and see. Sadly I haven’t used my Phase in like 3 years. Never have time. When my youngest starts school I’ll have more time to do DJ things…till now it’s F my DJ Life at home except gigs🥲

About what could be the new product I'm also intrigued...

Wife and I both work so on the days she’s at work I’m home with the kids till she gets home just in time before my bar gig. She runs a Country club and always has to work doubles as the restaurant manager. It’s shitty but we make it work. Youngest will be starting school later this year so I’ll have more free time during the day. Love my boys but thank god for vasectomies I can’t have no more kids two boys is enough #dadlife 🤣

Luckly my fathers had 4 children so now the smallest is taking care of them… but hardly djing/producing anymore.

I thought they were working with Pioneer or Rane to add phase in a new mixer!!!

+1! I was hoping for a 4 channel Rane mixer with Phase baked in. Instead of control vinyl, include the Phase remotes & have the charging box built into the mixer itself.

The GREEDFlation price of $800 is steep! I might as well just use regular needles & replace them when they break. Or keep using the OG Phase remotes.

$800 buys alot of replacement needles!! IMHO, $599 seems a more reasonable price.

this is what happens when DJs show interest in a Product, The Makers of Phaze seems to think the lil plastic box and circuit board is worth 800usd, twice the price of the old one, unbelievable, makes you want to buy the old one cause the price will drop.
how can phaze justify 800usd?? thats almost the price of a flagship dj controller.

I'm curious to reviewers about the new sensor in the inner circle. It seems like you could get the remote to adjust thing meanwhile the inner cicle takes care of reproduction... or it could be useful for resetting the stick drift against the accelerometer gyroscope... or maybe neither and just a R&D waste... who knows?

Also, I saw people trying to hit the touchscreen controls while the vinyl is spinning which looks dumb as hell.

Well with the touchscreen they could market it as a controller, like dicers.

This^. It is a wireless accessory with a tiny touch screen & some midi controls.

I understand & appreciate the amount of effort (R&D) a product takes to bring to market. An extra $150 - $200 above the cost of the original Phase($399) is acceptable.

Doubling the cost of the original for what amounts to just being a wireless, touch screen styli with midi capabilities is absurd!!

At this overloaded price, if I have to change something.... I will prefer selling my phase MK1 and turntables to invest in pio crss12 !
When I think about: what will be the price of this phase pro in 3 or 4 years if I want to resell ? I prefer saving these 800 $ (will lost less money with reselling the pio's TT)

phase mk1 is perfect for the club and if that breaks I'll buy some other used phase for 150$ on ebay

Clearely agree. And I don't understood the utility of touchscreen : all these functions are already on the mixer (which is not spinning :-)

This might be a feature that needs to be tried in person in order to appreciate it. On paper it doesn't seem useful but maybe in person it works well?
