I would like to have a bigger number 1-8 to the left of the CUE point color to show where on the bar to push the Cue point.

A double bar usually has 8 beats. So if the CUE point is set on 7 it should automatically say 7. If the CUE point is set without Quantize between 6,01 and 6,99 it should say 6 and still trigger perfectly to that space if Quantize is activated.
