Hey

Im new to Serato and wonder if someone can help me

A few days ago I transferred my Bandcamp music MP3 files to my Serao account, all good no problems could access with no issues

Then last night I transferred my Amazon Music MP3 files across no problem, but now Serato Pro does not recognise my Bandcamp files, its orange with a ? on the left hand side

is this norm, am i doing something wrong?

make sure you analyse your files,

also the reason why your files turn orange is cause you have moved your files, renamed the folder your files are in,

make sure your serato files are all on one hard drive either internal or external hard drive,

you can use the relocate file,
