Hello, first of all, please don't comment with buy a MAC, that doesn't help anyone.
My Dell laptop, completely optimized, USB, WLAN off, Bluetooth off, Dell programs deleted. No more updates at all.
Laptop has since run many gigs for several hours without any problems.
I also don't know whether it's the laptop, Phase or the Rane mixer.
During the 2nd song there was suddenly a bang and no audio signal on either channel. A quick reboot and then everything ran as if nothing had happened for more than 5 hours. What could this be?
Rane 68, Phase HID, Dell 16 GB i7 13 Gen, Windows 10, Pro DJ 2.5.6

Hi, yes I agree and I ordered 32 Crucial GB today and set the bios for ventilation to high power. USB Cable are new and short UDG Ultimate. I'm using 2.5.6 because I run a old but stable RANE 68 Mixer on 5ms ASIO and the Serato support ended with this Verson and also with Win 10
. Therefor I use a dual boot system with Win 10 for my old setup and Win11 with the latest Pro DJ 3.2.4 for newer Mixer and other set ups.
Soon as I installed the new RAM, I'll run a stress test and see.

very smart setup, the ram will help alot with windows bloatware running in the background,
let us know,
as an added security for me is having a laptop cooler at the bottom of my laptop at every gig.
let us know how you get on.
btw, windows is fine with serato as long as its powerful enough, and its way cheaper then Mac.
