Go Apple, it's plug and play unlike windows
Do not use windows you'll have nothing but problems
MacBook M1/M4

PCs, when selected and optimized well, work just as well as laptops. USB Class Compliant controllers will also work plug and play there too.
Macs normally have more nailed down specs (and really good minimum specs) as there is really not as many variants like in the Windows world (each Company that makes laptops can have a wide array of internals, specs, Windiws OEM images, while for Macs, Apple puts out the products, and maintains pretty much the same internals/OS interface throughout).
If you are really decided on Windows as the platform, then check out the following to help with choosing:
Serato System Requirements (go with the high performance specs)
support.serato.com
Optimization guide for Windows (most laptops come with a lot of fluff that gets in the way)
support.serato.com
Notes on DPC latency (which could affect controller driver performance)
www.xmg.gg
Notebookcheck listing of Windows machines sorted by avg DPC latency (not a bulletproof thing but a starting point, always verify yourself)

Yes, probably but you did post like 4 different links and then you need to optimise your OS and fuck about with dpc latency and drivers and power settings and the list goes on and it may still not work because of some obscure setting.
Been there done that.
Mac you install serato, plug in your gear and ur good

I agree Mac could have an easier time (I play om MacBooks) but they do have their own share of problems when things go wrong (e.g. being afraid of yearly updates, I had an issue with Traktor usage back in the day that NI folks attributed to Core Audio, that existed for quite a while).
OP did ask about PCs, so I gave info on how to go about choosing one.

I’ve been using this LG gram 17” with DJ pro and works flawlessly can handle stems and analyzation with no hiccups or dropouts.

The best thing about it looks great all blacked out and insanely light. absolutely love this laptop.
Like others have said windows is the biggest problem…….
But if you strip everything down out of windows ( bloat) and optimize the operating system, you will have absolutely no issues.
