Please make the "Cues, "Loops", "Stems" and "Flips" TABS, MIDI-assignable. When we press the MIDI button at the top, almost all the other buttons are assignable, but these 4 don't seem to be.
I know the the individual functions *within* those tabs—such as activating cue points, triggering loops, and adjusting loop parameters—are MIDI-assignable. But only one of those tabs can be visible at a time, and in order to see the names/labels of the eight saved cues (the names help identify which cue we want to trigger) or the names of the 6 loops on the screen, DJ's have to take their hands off the controller and pick up the mouse to select one of those tabs manually in the software interface every time we load a new song. I find that DJ's usually want to be able to control everything from their hardware controller.
Can that please be added in the next version of Serato? I'm guessing since almost all the other buttons on the screen are MIDI assignable, those could be made assignable fairly easily since the MIDI assignments probably just kick off the event handler for the user interface elements (buttons) on the screen?
Great software. Thank you!
