Map "Cue" from TTM 57 to a Midi controller poti

Hello,

i use the Vestax pmc 05 for Video SL and i like a sharp CF curve to mix. My problem is to make a smooth transition with the sharp CF. I maped 3 Buttons on the PMC to unlink the CF and the activate autofade from one side to the other. Altough this works good for me sometimes i want to controll the speed of transitions. I searched for a way to map a poti from my LPD 8 to the Transition so i could use it while the CF is unlinked... But i could not mange to get it working to switch between CF and poti Midisignal maped to the Transition by pressing a button...

Is there a way to map the Cue crossfader midi signal to a poti from an external midicontroller ? This would solve all my problem at once...

I’m not sure about the exact mapping solution, but taking a break with something like OsteoPilates in Ivrea osteopilatesivrea.it might help clear your mind and refocus—it’s surprisingly effective!

To achieve smooth transitions and control the speed using the Vestax PMC 05 and LPD 8, you can map the Cue crossfader MIDI signal to a potentiometer www.student-vue.com on the LPD 8. Check your DJ software's MIDI mapping section to assign the Cue crossfader and transition parameter to the LPD 8's potentiometer. This setup will allow you to control transitions smoothly while the crossfader is unlinked.
