VCI 300 as interface for ssl?

Could the VCI 300 be used as an interface for SSL so that you could use both programs together?

i wish native support would be offered for the vci 100 or 300 for ssl although i know there is no crossfader in the software...probably not likely for a long time. it seems that itch may be able to very quickly catch up on features that ssl currently has.
